Sumatra Mandheling Grade #1
Sumatra is the second largest of Indonesia’s islands. Sumatra Mandheling is known as the richest Indonesian coffee and often described as bold, spicy, and earthy. Farmers cultivate this rich Arabica coffee in the northwestern part of the island on small farms with mostly traditional methods and process the ripe coffee “cherries” with a combination of dry and wet methods. The best quality of this unique coffee is designated Grade #1.
