Indonesians continue to cultivate fine Arabica coffee on the former colonial estates with government supervision for quality. The best grade specialty Arabica coffee beans are denoted simply as Java Estate and have a distinctly rich, but less intense taste and aroma than gourmet coffee from Sumatra and Sulawesi. Java Estate is also available in Decaf.    |
