Celebes is the former name for the island of Sulawesi and is located in the middle of the Indonesian island chain. Farmers cultivate the best quality Arabica coffee in the mountains of the Toraja region near mid-island. Since Dutch colonial days, producers designated this top grade coffee as Kalossi. Our Gourmet Coffee master roasts these rich, rare specialty coffee beans to deliver all the fine characteristics which distinguish Celebes Kalossi Toraja.
