How does your Gourmet Coffee Club Quattro membership "work"?  Each month Our Gourmet Coffee will ship you four of our gourmet specialty coffees, one full pound bag each. You choose to have us ship your coffee to you at either the beginning or the middle of the month.

• We will send you four different Regular coffees each month in rotation from the List of Coffees (the best way to enjoy the world's finest coffees). Or, you can choose two of the four Regular coffees from the list below.  We will only ship you any of the three Regular coffees designated "Premium" if you select one or two as your choices.
• You can change the specific coffees or the quantity of coffee you receive whenever you want to.
• To receive Decaffeinated Coffee or Espresso Coffee instead, you have to select one or more from the lists below.
• If you want to get Decaffeinated Coffee only or Espresso Coffee only, just select that option and receive that type of coffee in rotation, or you can choose one to four from the list. (Note: the Espresso coffee is blended and roasted to be brewed in an Espresso maker.)
• To get multiple pounds of a Decaf or an Espresso or a Flavored coffee, follow the instructions below.
• For Flavored Gourmet Coffees follow the instructions and enter the name in the Coffee Request Box; note the "steps" for Decaf Flavored Coffee.  To find your choice of Flavored Coffee, see the links below or the page tabs above.

If you choose the Ground option, our Roast Master will grind your coffee at the Automatic Drip grind setting. Espresso is ground to Espresso grind fineness for proper brewing.
