Each month we send your gourmet specialty coffees to you directly to your address.  You pay only the Gourmet Coffee Club Member price, which includes Free Shipping, published on the OurGourmetCoffee.com web site and no more.

We package your coffee(s) in 1 pound bags and ship them to you using the USPS Priority Mail.

All of the coffees are from 100 per cent Arabica bean Specialty Coffee.  We do not use inferior grade coffee beans, period!

We convection roast™ your coffee fresh and ship it at the First-of-the-month or the Middle-of-the-month based on your choice when you set up your membership (or changed it later).

For all monthly shipments after the first one, we will bill your debit/credit card just prior to roasting and shipping your coffee, either at the First-of-the-Month or at Mid-Month.  The exception: you, the Club Member, make a change to your billing card information.  To make the change effective, you have to complete the "checkout" steps.  Your changes to your billing card will be approved (or not) at the end of the "checkout" process.

The selection of Gourmet Coffee Club Coffees includes:

• 16 Single Origin coffees from 15 countries in 7 premier growing regions
• 8 Private Gourmet Coffee Blends
• 4 Gourmet Espresso Coffees (one is decaffeinated)
• 8 Decaffeinated Gourmet Coffees

Plus over 65 Flavored Coffees, if that's your preference (just tell us which flavor).

As a Club Member you may select coffee(s) for half of your membership's monthly quantity if you wish, and Our Gourmet Coffee will vary the rest of the coffee selections you receive each month.  Or, you can let us select all the different coffees each month.  Either way, you get to savor the taste and aroma of all the world's finest coffees!  We will send you one of the four coffees designated "Premium" only if you select it as one of your choices.

If you do not request Decaffeinated Coffee or Espresso, we will not ship either to you.  If you request Decaffeinated Coffee Only or Espresso Coffee Only, that's what we will ship to you.  The Espresso Only option allows the Club Member to select all the Espresso coffees to be received.

You may make changes to your membership information at any time (specific coffee you want, quantity of coffee each month, shipping or billing information, etc.).  Just follow the instructions on the Gourmet Coffee Club Members page.  You may cancel your membership without "penalty".

We will get your message from the Member Contact form on the Club Members page and note the change(s) you made in your Club Membership information.  Your next coffee shipment will reflect the change(s) you made.

We cannot guarantee change requests made after the 25th of the month (for First-of-Month shipments), or after the 10th of the month (for Mid-Month shipments) will take effect for your next coffee shipment, but they will start with the following month's shipment.

We want you to be satisfied with the gourmet specialty coffee you get from Our Gourmet Coffee.  If you find a coffee does not meet the high standards we have for your satisfaction, you may return the coffee for a credit as specified on our Returns and Policies page.
